Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped after processing. Please include an additional 2-3 business days for processing time.

Shipping/Delivery time uses business days Monday – Friday. Excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PT or weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping options - Standard Ground shipping (free on orders over $75) and Express shipping.

Shipping rates reflect current rates and are automatically calculated upon checkout.

Delivery time 5 – 7 business days

Express Shipping

Delivery time 2 – 3 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your Shaanti purchase or gift for any reason, return the item(s) for a full refund minus shipping cost.

Returns and exchanges are to be made within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds

Items returned within 90 days of purchase will be refunded in full (minus the shipping costs) to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Items returned within 90 days can be exchanged for items that are of equal or lesser value or for store credit.
