It could be difficult to get started with yoga but once you get started there is not going back. To increasingly include yoga into your life take it day by day. Try to include yoga poses throughout your day and take at least 30mins a day and work on your yoga. Although many of the poses might be tough to accomplish at first don't let that frustrate you just continue practicing, after all practice makes perfect!

Easy Yoga Poses
For beginners try to perfect the easier yoga poses. Don't take it as a competition either just focus on your breathing and it will all come together. As a beginner the best poses to practice would be the mountain pose, downward facing dog, plank, triangle, tree pose, warrior 1, warrior 2, seated forward bend, and many more.

Tips for beginners:
Find a good yoga teacher.
Respect your body's inner wisdom and limitations.
Breathe
Don't compare yourself with others.
Be aware of the space around you
Have a sense of humor
Make Practice frequent.
Modify postures for your body.
Communicate with your yoga teacher.
Relax! End your yoga practice with shavasana.
